Mailing Instructions

If possible, set a password on the device. The technician will require this password to properly test the device.
We will email or call as soon as we receive the device and we will finalize the quote.
We recommend backing up all your personal information and wipe the device prior to sending it in.
Do not put any personal information inside the box.
Send us your name, phone number, phone IMEI (dial *#06#) and a brief problem description.
We recommend Canada Post express post to make sure your device gets to us quickly, and safely.
Return shipping is on us for all over Canada. CellXpress will generate an invoice once the repair is completed. Once payment is received, the device will be repaired and shipped back to you.
CellXpress is not responsible if your device is lost in transit to us.
